Rules & Regulations
Traders A large selection of our traders/ will be in place and open for business with food stalls, so please support them if you can.
Western Dress We strongly encourage western dress at the Rockfield Country Music Festival. Friday's theme is Mexican, Saturday is Gamblers & Crinolines, Sunday is All Western Dress. We have several traders selling western clothing and accessories on site so please support them.
Firearms
Guns must only be fired during the fast draw contest and at the shootout area as any loud noises may damage the electronic equipment used by the bands.
Rules of Admittance
No Fires at all
All BBQ’s to be raised off the ground
No loud music. No music after 10pm at all
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times
5mph maximum vehicle speed at all times
Tickets and Wrist bands must be presentable at all times. Booking Number must be viewable in caravan, car, etc.
Please drink responsibly and consider others around you.
General Rules
All rules will be strictly adhered to and in all circumstances regarding their application the Site Steward’s decision is final. Please read them carefully and speak to the Site Supervisor or members of the security detail if there is anything that you do not understand.
1. The site is controlled and administered by The Organsier
2. The Organiser and its staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage occasioned to any person, vehicle, tent or caravan, or its contents whilst in the site, howsoever such damage or loss is caused.
3. Security staff and camp site stewards have been appointed by the Organiser and are responsible for the management of the camp site and administration of these rules.
4. By entering upon the site all persons agree to comply with all of the site rules and to accept any decision of The Organiser or its representative made under these rules.
5. Any signs placed on the site must be obeyed.
6. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or eject from the site any person who fails to comply with the rules or is causing a nuisance or disturbance to other clients on the site.
7. If any of these rules are broken, Security may terminate the permission to use the site without warning and forthwith may require the persons concerned to remove themselves, their vehicle, caravan / campervan / tent and other possessions from the site. If this rule is applied, no payment will be refunded.
8. Any person ejected from the site may be prohibited from attending the site in the future.
Wristbands
9. You must be in possession of a valid ticket and wrist band at all times, and you may be required to provide proof of your entitlement to be on the site at any time.
HYGIENE and SAFETY
10. The speed limit for all vehicles in the Site is 5mph. Please observe traffic signs and follow any traffic system.
11. Access roadways must not be obstructed.
12. Clients are responsible for the collection and control of their own litter and refuse.
13. Water bowsers for drinking water are provided.
14. A disposal point is provided for chemical toilets and chemical toilet waste must only be disposed of at this point.
15. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
16. Dog excrement is to be immediately cleaned up and disposed of only in the bins provided
17. Barbecues are permitted provided they are raised off the ground to prevent scorching the grass. Hot ash from the BBQs must be extinguished after cooking. The lighting of fires other than BBQs is strictly forbidden.
18. Camp fires are absolutely forbidden and anyone found lighting one may face ejection from the site.
19. If a fire occurs, move everyone outside your caravan / campervan / tent to a safe distance and warn the occupants of the nearby caravans. Use a mobile phone to call 999.
CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS
20. The Client must not cause a nuisance to other occupiers of the site. No excessively loud music is to be played at any time.
21. You are asked not to make unreasonable noise, especially after 11.30pm and before 8.00am. If a complaint about noise is received one warning will be given then rule 7 will be applied.
22. Dogs must not be allowed to disturb other users of the site.
23. Smoking is not permitted in the toilet blocks
24. It is not permitted to play around the caravans, tents or toilets. To avoid damage to vehicles and injury to others, ball games can only be played in designated areas |
